The Broncos were outplayed by the Dolphins in the opening 20 minutes, but they eventually found their rhythm and ran in four unanswered tries to secure the victory.
The Dolphins were the first to score, with fullback Jamayne Isaako crossing in the corner in the 10th minute.
The Broncos hit back through winger Selwyn Cobbo in the 25th minute, but the Dolphins regained the lead when halfback Sean O'Sullivan scored a try in the 35th minute.
The Broncos leveled the scores again just before halftime when prop Payne Haas crashed over from close range.
The Broncos took the lead for the first time in the match when winger Corey Oates scored a try in the 50th minute.
The Broncos then put the game beyond doubt with two tries in the final 10 minutes, with centre Kotoni Staggs and halfback Adam Reynolds crossing the line.
The win moves the Broncos into seventh place on the NRL ladder, while the Dolphins remain in 15th place.
